Installing on Linux

For Ubuntu/Debian or Fedora, open the matching package in your software installer. For AppImage, open the file’s Properties, allow running it as a program, then open it. Some distributions need FUSE 2 installed; the .deb or .rpm avoids that extra step.

These are preview packages, not a signed software repository. Do not turn off browser sandbox protections to make a package run. Keep a separate tree backup before replacing an earlier version. Linux updates are manual for now; your saved trees live separately from the application.

Linux ARM devices and Chromebooks are not supported by these x64 downloads.

Preview installers: Mac is not notarized; Windows and Linux packages are unsigned. Your operating system may warn before installation. Choose any platform—you are never locked into the suggestion.
